- IP address — used solely for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Not linked to any personal profile.
- Download metadata — URLs submitted, quality selected, timestamps. Used for service operation only.
Provided by you (optional)
- Email address — only if you register or purchase a subscription. Used for authentication, download notifications, and password recovery. We do not share your email with third parties.
Cookies
- Functional cookies only — theme preference, language, cookie consent, authentication session.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to anyone.
3. How We Use Information
- Process your video download requests.
- Enforce rate limits (free tier: 3 downloads/day).
- Improve service performance and reliability.
- Prevent abuse and ensure security.
4. Data Storage & Security
- All data transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Downloaded files are temporarily cached and automatically deleted after TTL expiry (1 hour to 7 days depending on plan).
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plaintext passwords.
- Authentication tokens (JWT) expire after 15 minutes; refresh tokens after 30 days.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
5. Your Rights
- Access - request information about data we hold.
- Erasure - request deletion of your data.
- Objection - object to data processing.

6. Data Retention
- Download files — automatically deleted after 1 hour (free) to 7 days (Pro plan).
- Download history — retained in your account for your reference.
- Account data — stored until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
- IP addresses — used for rate limiting only, not linked to accounts.
